Offtopic. O séase: fuera del post anterior, pero relacionado directamente con el post -y los que vendrán sobre el mismo tema- que recién acabo de escrebir.

Adrián I fue de hecho el primer Papa. Aquellos que antes ocuparon la sede de Roma, eran sólo obispos, sucesores, no de san Pedro como se ha declarado y repetido hasta la saciedad, sino de Linus, quien ya era obispo de Roma cuando San Pedro llegó a esa ciudad, para sellar allí con sus martirio la fé que él había predicado. Los defensores del Papado argüllen, entonces, como salida, uno de los más grandes errores históricos del Papado, y es el extender hasta el principio del Cristianismo la soberanía Papal. Este error ha llevado a cometer otros, obligados, como todo mundo puede ver, a buscar pruebas que apoyen esta falsa teoría en la historia de la Iglesia y en los escritos de los antigüos Padres.
